converted to mpeg2 avi using Movavi video converter 11 hight bitrate and 48/16 audio
video same as input dimensions

audio treated with Waves REQ 4band and x-noise and Multimaximiser L3

Audio merged and output to DVD folder from Adobe Premiere Elements 10

Note- I understand fully you don't get better video than what you start with but wanted to share in non .flv format and also sweeten the audio as the hiss really bothered me personally- tried very much to minimize loss of 'air"
